Benjamin and Stephanie Fouse have been raising pastured meats since the early 2000s. We began with the assistance of a beginning farmer program at Heifer International’s Ranch in Arkansas. In 2006, we moved to Lewis County where Stephanie grew up. Now, with the help of our elementary aged children, we are selling our grassfed chicken, pork and rabbit at farmers markets again.
